Fit2ride Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide you with the best products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our 30-day return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received the item to return it.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@fit2ride.com or call us at 623-292-4464. Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Shipping: We will provide you with return label as soon as the return is approved.
Refunds:
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Processing: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team.
Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations once an order has been processed but we will try our best.
Please Note there is a 15% restocking fee for any cancelled orders.
For Custom orders there is a 50% Cancellation Fee.
These are NON-Negotiable.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@fit2ride.com.
